Welcome to AImaxLearn. These Terms of Service govern your use of AImaxLearn.site, including our AI learning and training services, digital materials, and physical goods. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Our services include live coaching sessions, AI model training workshops, and mentoring programs designed to enhance your skills. Scheduling details are provided upon enrollment, and sessions may be offered online or at our Toronto location.

3. Digital Products

Digital products comprise downloadable tutorials, eBooks, and templates. Access is granted after purchase, and files can be downloaded immediately.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items include AImaxLearn branded merchandise and materials. Shipping options and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Requests for a refund must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled session. Approved requests will be processed within 10 days, and the reimbursement will be issued to the original payment account. Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your session to another eligible participant or reschedule at no extra charge if arranged at least 2 days before the session. Requests made within 7 days of the session are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource commitments.

5.2 Digital Products

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, all sales are final after download. However, if you encounter a defect or file access issue within 24 hours, we will provide a replacement file or account credit. After 24 hours, no refunds or credits are available.

5.3 Physical Goods

If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send back the item. Once we have received the item in its original condition, we will dispatch a replacement or cover the shipping costs. Approved credits will be issued within 14 days of receiving the item.

6. Cancellation and Transfers

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a service start date are eligible for reimbursement or rescheduling. Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for reimbursement, but may be transferred to another participant if space allows. Transfer requests must be arranged at least 2 days before the original date.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of AImaxLearn.site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
